​SEASONAL FLOW YOGA
"The Yoga that changes with the Seasons"

A unique blend of Yoga, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Chi Gong. We combine the best from the Yogic traditions, chakra's, postures and breathing with the 5 element theory on healing and meridian energy from TCM.
A flowing practice that changes depending on the time of year, slow and restoring in winter, dynamic and faster paced in Summer.  Fused with Yoga and TCM lifestyle coaching

BODY-CLOCK FLOW

"Reset your body and its clock"
Like our Seasonal Yoga we mix Yoga postures with Chi gong but in a sequence that moves energy through the bodies internal organs body clock. Spleen & Stomach 7 till 9am through to Lungs & Large Intestines 3 till 7am. You will leave feeling energised, clear of mind and most say they get a "great nights sleep" afterwards.

YIN, RESTORING & CHILLOUT YOGA
" The anti ageing class"
This is everyone's favourite gentle class, you will feel like you've released all of your worries into your mat. Postures are held for longer, we spend lots of time breathing to let go of deep tissue tension that cause pain and issues. 
No fancy equipment just a few household items like cushions, blankets, pillows, maybe a belt are needed to help you relax deeply.
