I'll be using my knowledge from TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture with meridian energy pressure points, Yoga and Herbs & Nutrition to help you find your GLOW.

2.Gua Sha massage tool ( easy to find and starts from about £7 to buy)
3.Massage facial oil- recommendation coconut, hemp, avocado or peach kernel-all anti ageing properties
4.Metaillic foil takeaway tray, matches and paper with pen
