​ HOW TO FEEL GLOW-RIOUS


Autumn  cold dry weather can be harsh on our skin and on our organs like our Lungs
now is the time to Re-Invest in your health to bring your inner and outer Glow Back.

This workshop is for a great cause , some of the proceeds will go to our local health care givers Strathcarron Hospice so we spread our Inner smile and Glow to others that need our support.

An evening of surprises, all done from the comfort of your home via Zoom

I'll be using my knowledge from TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture with meridian energy pressure points, Yoga and Herbs & Nutrition to help you find your GLOW.


What will you need
1. Alcoholic Drink or two
2.Gua Sha massage tool ( easy to find and starts from about £7 to buy) 
3.Massage facial oil- recommendation coconut, hemp, avocado or peach kernel-all anti ageing properties
4.Metaillic foil takeaway tray, matches and paper with pen

£10 donated to Strathcarron Hospice
